How to catch a cheating spouse

  Cell phone history can be pretty telling. Its also fairly easy to get if you are married to the possible cheater. Most companies offer a detailed option on your bill and this will show all call that were made both in and out.

  What you want to look for is any numbers that are dialed on a regular basis. Go through with a highlighter, make an excel spread sheet, or whatever helps you to organize the information. If you see a number that is dialed regularlly that you don't recognize you need to find out who that number belongs to. There may even be(and if they use the phone for work there will be) several numbers that you don't know that show up quite a bit.

  You can't just go in and start dialing these numbers and make accusations. Especially if the phone is used for business calls. This could easily cause trouble at work for no real reason.

  The easiest way to find out what the numbers are is to first do a reverse lookup. This allows you to type in a phone number and get the name or business that it is registered to. This won't always yeild results so you may have to make a few calls. Its best to make these calls from a public pay phone. That way it will not be traced back to you and you are able to hang up or act like it's a wrong number after you find out who it is.
